How to Add a More Info Button to Surveys

}

More Info is a text box that you can insert into a question in order to provide further information. For example, you can explain the question’s terms or link to a website that has more information on that topic. By default, the More Info text box is not visible to respondents. In order to make this text box visible to respondents, add a More Info button to the question directly below the question text. This button is not visible to survey builders, but it can be viewed by survey respondents in the survey preview.

Request More Info button

The Request More Info button is a helpful tool in the process of requesting more information about a support ticket. When you click this button, a new tab opens that includes a comment box and a more information button. This gives you the opportunity to provide additional details, and also confirm the request.

You can customize the Lookup for the Request More Info button by defining the type of lookup. The Standard item type provides the Yes/No lookup type, which contains two lookup codes that represent Y and N. The Y value represents a constant value. The N value is the type of information that needs to be looked up.
