How to Add Components to Click Resources
}
Once you have created a resource template, you can add components to it. You can add components in a variety of ways, such as agent pools, prototypes, and applications. When you add a component to a resource template, the mapping is added to the environment. This component will remain in the environment until you remove it.
Create
If you have a system administrator role, you can use the click scheduling feature to create new resources. New resources are defined in the Resource List and are visible to authorized users. You can define a new resource by right-clicking in the Resource List and selecting Create New Resource. To create a new resource, you must first define the mandatory parameters.
Edit
The Edit click resource feature lets you change the details of a resource. You can change the resource name, description, billing method, and recurring price.
Delete
If you want to delete a resource, all you need to do is click the Delete button and the resource will be removed from your Resource List. Note that you can only delete resources that you’ve uploaded or created.
Upload ZIP file
To upload a ZIP file to your site, first you need to access the Resource Management section. Then, you need to select the file or folder you want to upload, and then click “Upload This File”. The file will be placed in the root folder of your site, where users can click on it to download the content. Once the file has been uploaded, the zipped version of the file will be added to your site as a product file.
Change display name
In Outlook for Windows, you can change the display name when clicking resources. Existing appointments and resource rooms will retain their original display name, but newly created ones will show the new one. Before making any changes, you can clear the resolver cache. Once the cache is cleared, you will not be able to use your old display name in your new mail messages.
